Average park
This is a very convenient park with I295 exit right next to the park enterence. Best park in Jacksonville by far. That said, we have spent several winters here since 2011. Over that period of time we have noticed a decline in the park. The park changed ownership sometime since 2011 and the new ownership has changed the park! They have added attractions which is open to the public which has taken the friendliness away. This is not what it use to be and many of the people who spent time here have found other parks to stay while in the area! Actually it seems as though the majority here are actually working in the area and using the park as home. The rent is less than renting a home. We were really disappointed in the decline of the park! We planned to stay the winter but have decided to move further south to a senior 55 and over park!
Nice Suprise
Nice park, easy access and friendly staff. Pull- thrus are ample size, some gravel and paved. Nice pool and a lake you can swim in. Onsite cafe and nice camp store.
Nice Park
Plenty of room between sites. Nice lake. Staff was friendly.

Very nice RV Park. Clean, pet friendly, wonderful staff. Only spring fed park in Jacksonville. Highly recommended!
