Kissimmee Prarie for Christmas Time

This State Preserve is huge and beautiful, from the sunrise in the east, the sunset in the west and as the sky fills with 1000's of stars you will enjoy the peace of camping here. This is an adult camping place, I say this because there is not a lot for children to do after the 1st day of riding their bike until they drop. Adults will love the quiet and beauty that clear night skies bring with there is no light interference from any close cities. The many birds and animals in the wild you can see as you ride your mountain bike miles, on dirt trails to the Kissimmee River, the 1st major waterway into the Everglades. The winter stays are warm in the day and campfire invitely cool at night, no bugs to "Bug" you, and no street traffic to drown out the night sounds. BUT, This is not a place to camp in the summer, The heat will knock you down and the bugs will carry you off.
We have camped here maybe 6 times; with our pop-up and now our RV. So either way of camping is great.
Enjoy ....
