Right after I parked my Class A RV, I got flooded out 6" They had me tare down move a spot over, they brought a load of rock and dumped it in a big pile and left it for me to spread! (I'm 60 female)… Then I moved back in my spot... The Kid that runs this place is a joke! He is constantly making people move spots... He will tell you something and come back the next day, and tell you something completely opposite! Cops were in and out almost daily...This is the Gods honest truth
Best RV Near Everything
Caladesi RV park was the absolute best park we have stayed in Florida. The location is fantastic. Caladesi island, Honeymoon island, Tarpon, Dunedin beach all a stones throw and the rates will not be beat. We (family of four) stayed in the park for almost two months with our 42' 5th wheel and will truly miss leaving; everyone was so supportive and friendly, quiet and safe.
Chris is a fantastic manager and will help with all accommodations. Immaculate facilities, pool, laundry, guest house, bathrooms and spacious full size lots.
Don't forget to check out the homemade ice-cream shop at the entrance of the park (really good).

Best RV Near Everything
Caladesi RV park was the absolute best park we have stayed in Florida. The location is fantastic. Snowbirds the Wright
Stayed January February and March Caladesi RV park the owners and staff were great. A lot of the park are snowbirds and they were really friendly. The lots are big and a lot of them are shaded. They have a great pool is nice and we swim there nearly every day of those three months. I want to say thanks to the owner and staff Dennis Chris and Cheryl guys did a great job and will see you this coming winter. The Wright .can't wait to come back
This place is a nightmare
I agree with the previous review. There is no supervision and open drinking by the pool area leaves it not safe for families, especially those with children. Some of the RV's should be torn down and sent to the junk yard. As a full time RV'er this was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. Stay away from this park and only go there if you are very, very desperate.

this rv park is a nightmare!!the owners are rude loud and totally clueless...the kid that runs it,is a total moron. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARK!!!!!! Im a fulltimer in a motorhome,and this is the worst Ive seen.
