Good Park
Many facility upgrades,staff helpful and convenient to all shopping.
As a retired Canadian Veteran on a limited income rates at LOP are more than reasonable.
I was only staying for one night and ended up returning for 6yrs.
Great Park and Great Location
This is a very clean and nice park. Has a great location on 301. Within walking distance to Walmart and restaurants. A quick 10 minute drive to Ellenton Outlet Mall. The manager was very helpful with any questions I had. The park is older but is kept up nicely. Has shade spots for RV's. No crime problems while I stayed there. Will definitely stay again next year!

Im.sorry but after my dealings with the establishment mentioned above.
Regarding amenities for my " Dynasty, by Monaco.were acceptable.
On another note the constant harrasement and refusal to repair of the basics lead me to a negative reveiw.
Managment cannot be found ,free standing sewer (in places through out park) make it very unpleasant after a storm. Which floods the park completely. And so on ,im sure you get ny point. For the amont there are many other parks that you can enjoy.
I could.go on as because of location and all of the tomatoe factorys you can not use the.washing faculties. After asking about their policy I.was.informed that the people who dont even live here have a right to the faculties the same as we do.
Im confused did I not just pay to have access to these amenities?

Lots of Upgrades From My last visit
I was very surprised to see how this Park has changed. New Electrical Services, an experienced Manager...who was actually helpful. I love how we can walk to Wal-Mart. I will be visiting Lone Oak again on my next trip thru the area
not there ever again
We thought this would be a nice place to stay,great location,stores,restaurants,beach. We were sadly wrong. The water from the park is horrible(we must change our drinking water lines.) and the electric has blown out major appliances in our R.V.,we will never stay there again.
Big changes with new ownership
I've visited this Park many times...the new owners have made many improvements to the grounds as well as the staff (veery polite and helpful). Good rates...nice people
