A hidden gem
A great place to stay. Nothing fancy, you get what you pay for. Office staff was great and helpful. Most sites are pull thru and grounds well maintained. Everything worked as advertised. Great home base to tour the area. We where going to stay two days but ended up staying four. We will be back.
Too expensive for what you get
This a clean well located campground. The shade was a blessing but we could not get satellite gravel sites which were uneven for walking. No pool, pitiful wifi limited cable
Nice Park
A few miles from downtown (where all the tours and attractions are). Nice and clean, had some street lamps, but only every third or so space. Wide pads, not paved. Friendly staff. Stayed there 2 nights, got the third free. Would stay there again.

Stayed here for 8 weeks in 2001 (yes, 2001) part of USA tour. We are from England. This was one of our all time favorite sites in US as close to Guana State Park and ST Aug. Would like to visit again - but Tucson and Mazatlan also high on our wish list.
Good park
Dirt roads but ok, sites are wide and lots of shade trees. Good park.
