Great views and downsides that will preclude a return

Great views on the peninsula. This could have made up for the park deficits but in my view we?re not sufficient to change my overall negative review. No sewer for the sites with great views. Laundry facility with 3 working, older model top loading washing machines and 3 very old dryers. Patrons are largely rule abiding though they don?t enforce the two vehicle limit such that certain areas felt like a parking lot. Experienced the ?angry? man doing laundry who offered a very direct physical threat because his clothes were ?touched? after having abandoned them for over an hour. Management incapable of handling the profanity prone patron who was physically threatening - I departed several days early - Did not feel safe.
