Ok
Small amount of sites for transients. Quite, clean but no shower/ bathroom house. Stayed near a little pond which had water, elec(50amp) but no sewer. Dump station available. Close to rt 19/400 exit 13. Lots of services in the area. Small no frills but was a pleasant, no hassle stay.
Very nice but pricey
Very nice park. Gravel lots. No laundry or showers. Owners and officer staff are great. Stayed in a standard lot for 2 months, jan 2018-march 2018. Had no problems what so ever. Really nice walking path around the lake. Pet friendly. Will stay again for sure
Gravel Parking lot
Made reservations for 2 nights. My husband went in to pay and came back out, we went to our site and all it was was a gravel
Parking lot with hook ups. Crammed in like sardines. There are a few lake front sites. But even they are gravel and tight. The rest of the ground ARE beautiful. No laundry no facilities of any kind. Be VERY careful when going in and out of the park. People really speed despite the 20 mph limit.
So when I looked at the receipt the next evening it was for $105. That isn't right , that's for 3 nights. The office was closed for the night so the next morning, the morning we were leaving I went to the office and said I had only reserved 2 nights, but basically was told they don't give refunds and I would have to talk to the owner. So, as they only accept cash ( now I understand why) we just chalked it up to us not communicating and a crappy gravel pad. We took our lumps and went on down the road.
Great Owner!!
The owners are very friendly, the grounds are beautifully kept and it's very quiet. We enjoyed fishing & hanging out on the swings around the property. We don't have a sewer hook up, but it's no big deal, we can do it on the way out of the park.
Lovely country setting for a price
We parked nose in along the private lake in our motor home Very pretty view. No sewer along the lake. And it cost $10 to dump. Gravel sites with green lawn along lake. Fountains in middle of lakes changes color at night. Full hookups up the hill
Limited facilities
Open, lake front (pond) sites in transient area. Shaded hill sites are all permanent or seasonal residents. Well kept, water and electric, central dump site, wifi, but no bathrooms, showers or laundry.
Twin Lakes
Twin Lakes RV is moderate-sized park with level gravel pads & patios, with some sites adjacent to lake, which has a large under-water fountain (lighted @ nite). If I had had a longer electric cord connection, I could have headed into site, thereby providing a lovely view of lake & fountain. Abundant water fowl, including Canadian Geese. Sites adjacent to lake have no trees, allowing roof-top satellite reception; remainder of sites are shaded. About ¾ appear to be permanent or long-term residents, has 50a + water, no cable, & no sewer connections, but have dump site. Do not take credit or debit; accept cash or check. Quiet & peaceful during our stay; fishing allowed in lake.
July 2012
Great park! Road to park is narrow and curvy, but not very long, so it is not a problem. Staff is nice. Very nice park and the lakes have good place to take a walk and to walk our little four legged friends! Will stay again!
