Needs a lot of work
Not a resort! Pool is dirty, grounds are unkept, sites not level, the potable water remained yellowish for the entire time we were here (over a week). A lot of road noise from Hwy 41.
Don't Stay, BAD, BAD,BAD
Campground was sub-par of what I normally stay at & I put up with that for the short time I had to be there but the owners or managers are the most horrible obnoxious people I have EVER had to deal with at a campground. In fairness I was running behind leaving. Entire park,office,bathrooms are dated, probably built 20 yrs ago. Wouldn't want to shower in them. The trees limbs need to be cut, I know of a couple of people here that had to replace there roofs because of the trees. You can't wash your camper or motorhome here. The people that stay here full time there campers or motorhome looks like crap. Very Very dirty place. Don't come and waste your money. This place sucks!!!! You also have to pay for your own electric use!!!

Park is a little down at the heels. Not as nice as Stone Mt Most of the sites are for long term rental. Very convenient to good restaurants. It's location is its best feature.
Nasty, not a resort by far,
This park is just plain horrible Do NOT be deceived the word RESORT in its name is complete fraud. First of all, the managers or "owners" are reflective of the park, run down and shabby. The sites are very dirty with all the hook ups about to fall apart. The pavement on the sites is all broken up and full of pot holes which make it very hard to level. The shower house has a horrible odor and is far from clean. The pool must close for e winter but I was also there in the summer and the water was filfhy. Heaven forbid if you need LP gas, the owners are so lazy they act as if you are inconveniencing them to ask. The only reason to stay at this place is its proximity to Atlanta. If there were any other parks close to the city I would stay there. This place is a last resort. If you don't need to stay in the Atlanta area keep driving! It's supposedly under new ownership, but these "new owners" are doing nothing to help this place get better. A big yuk!
Nice
Great, small, friendly park. This is a small park with few amenities. One two bathrooms with showers, but both nice, large with decent water pressure.
