Great Park
This Park is a hidden treasure. It is so Big Rig friendly that our 44' plus toad fit allowing my cousins to park behind ad in front. Full hook up, close to lake, bicycle trails close, with a bicycle shop right next door. Owners are very friendly. Just no off leash for our dogs, no problem, lots of room to walk them.
Stay away from the owner / manager!
We stayed here for one night just passing through. At first, we thought it would be a nice spot as the owners / managers seemed friendly, especially the wife. The husband led us to our site and all was well till he started lecturing us about religion and politics, basically saying that if you are not a Christian, you are going to go to hell. He also trashed Obama, Sanders, Clinton, etc. and just talked about how he supported Trump. We did not bring any of that up - he just went on an hour long rant. We had to cut him off so we could set up our rig.
The sites were fine - no complaints about that, but as soon as we got settled and began to think about dinner (5 pm), the mowers started right next to our site. We called and asked if they could do that later (my husband had a raging migraine by this time) and instead, they sent another mower to do it faster! This went on for a good hour. We should have left but kept figuring that they would stop soon.
Not totally big rig friendly
The first half of the park is old and the roads in and out through this area is not good and the entire park is the edged with logs about 2 feet tall and 2feet wide if you hit one it will do damage
