As a Solo female RVr, I felt uneasy.
Lots of drunk, homeless-type males wandering about the place. Many fulltime setups. The police were patrolling only an hour after sunset, looking for a suspect. The bathrooms were decently clean but rundown.
But, it was quiet and I got a good nights sleep.

Unhappy stay
Stayed one month owner was very rude lots of crime police were there at least three times a week mostly full time campers or homeless if you care about your safty stay away for a few bucks more stay at one of the other parks in town.
