Right above the Ohio River
We went to watch the Great Flood recede, and the park has many lovely vistas overlooking the Ohio. There is no river view from the campground, but the views are a short walk away. Sites 8, 28 22, and 30 are flat, but the rest need leveling. Sites are big and the odd numbered sites abut a huge field so you have lots of 'backyard'. Each site has a picnic table and a grill. Showers are near the campsites in the high 20's, and/but they are also near a very nice playground which may be an advantage or disadvantage.
