Very nice stay
Easy, beautiful clean level spot. Came in late and everything was ready for us.
Good stay
We arrived after dark and the young lady led us in to our spot smiling in the rain. Full hookups are gravel but level and shady. Roads easily negotiable for big rigs. Friendly people. Camp close to town. Will stay there again.
Has potential
This was my first stay at a KOA. I was not over impressed with the up keep of the sites. It did not appear to have been mowed in quite a while. Our sites grass was about mid calve high. The gravel pad was in desperate need of some weed killer as well. The cable wire was only about three feet long and at the front of the site. There was no place to hook up our own cable. For the rate paid it would have been nice to have free access to the Wifi. The grounds have a lot of potential. It is a beautiful area and Bowling Green is a fun town. With a little TLC this facility could be very nice. I did like the fenced in dog area. Again though the grass was very high and I worried about finding surprises. The tall grass also made it hard to clean up after our dog. I also liked how shaded the sites were. Great for the summer heat.
Nice facilities
The main bathrooms/showers were very clean and looked to be recently renovated. The staff was nice an helpful. Bowling green is a cool city too, which helps. Other, more experienced campers said it was one of the nicer campgrounds in the area.
