All pets must be registered with and approved by management.Only indoor household pets are permitted.
A warning sign must be posted at your site if you have a dog.A $100.00 non-refundable pet fee is required for all Park Owned Rental Units.When a pet is outside of the home, it must be on a leash at all times
DOGS can not be tied outside and left unattended.No exoitic, wild or farm animals (birds and rabbits are permitted).We will permit a small kennel (management approved), so long as the animal is not barking or left in it outside over night. A $ 25.00 non-compliance of Park rules fee may be added to your account for each violation after a written warning.We do not allow the following dog breeds or any aggressive dogs :all Bull Terrier breeds aka Pit Bulls (i.e. American, English, Staffordshire “Staffy”,etc.), Dobermans,Rottweilers, Chows, wolf-hybrids or mixed breeds of these types (NOT even in your home or to visit)

Bad Pet Policy
Any place that allows dogs but excludes some based solely on their breed are just uneducated on the matter. The American Veterinary Medical Association does not support breed specific legislation. I have no problem with a place not allowing aggressive dogs. This should not be based on breed but on the individual dog.
