Excellent
Used to be Duncan?s Family Campground. Now owned and operated by Adventure Bound. Great place. They?ve invested a lot of money in upgrading and modernizing. Every amenity you could ever want in an RV Park. Private baths and showers. Outdoor pool. Laundry facility. Cable. WiFi. Full hook ups. 50 amp electric. Everything included except electric bill. Very affordable weekly and monthly rates. Big rigs to cabins to tents. You name it. Most RV?ers there are full time year round. Nice people. Many residents are professionals who commute to DC. Neighborhood feel. Quiet but close to major roads leading to DC and Annapolis. Summer season $1,050 per month. Off season $995 per month. All inclusive except electric. Highly recommended.

Lot of potential
The campground was bought out by Adventure Bound and we got here the day after ownership took place. The new owners and staff were very helpful getting us situated and the "resident" problems out.
The campground is centrally located for getting into DC or surrounding towns. My only issue is the park has little lighting throughout and no dedicated security to keep neighboring thieves out. The staff is aware of the problems and are working to correct them. I would stay again if I ever pass through.
Most Amazing FAMILY Campground There Is!
I can't say enough good things about this place. It's BEAUTIFUL. The staff are always there to help and they act as if you're part of the family now too! We stayed in one of the cabins and my family and i truly bonded. The cabin was spacious enough for 6 and the cottages can sleep 8. Each site (RV, Cabins, Cottages, Water and Electric, and so on...) have their own personal picnic table as well as a fire ring. Perfect for those nights when you want to just kick back, grill and roast marshmallows with your loved ones or new friends you meet while you're here! The camp itself has a pool AND a baby pool, so convenient. They also have MINI GOLF and a camp store where you can get anything from a burger, some cotton candy, sun glasses, souvenirs, and even some small RV supplies. There's 2 playgrounds set up on the premises, 1 on the hill and another large one near the volley ball area, basket ball court and pool area. In addition to all these wonderful attributes, there's also 3 BATH HOUSES. All of these were soooo CLEAN compared to other parks we had stayed at. One of the maintenance men said they are cleaned twice A DAY. But the main reason we stayed here was so we could go into DC and by staying here, we were informed there that there is a shuttle that take you from the campground to Washington DC metro station. It was SO convenient to not have to drive your car, and they ALSO pick you up from the metro station around 5:45. I could go ON AND ON about this place but i'll leave it at that. I cant wait to go back for memorial day weekend and every weekend after that, seeing as almost every weekend they have ACTIVITIES and special events. Hopefully i'll see those of you that liked this message around the campground!
