Comfortable Stay

Stayed a week and got one nite free. Location was great to explore the many towns and lakes. Watch for electrical issues (was often less than 120v), often breaker trips and lost power once, as did neighbors). Sites are basically dirt and you are right next door to neighbors on 3 sides. WiFi terrible. Pool is tiny (says max 35 but that would be side by side). Road noise is rowdy all day but calms down at nite. This is an old KOA but is showing its age.

Great place for kids

The kids have never had a better time. Hay rides, popcorn and icecream. Donkeys, goats. The owners keep tabs on unsafe people, making it a safe place for the children to play.

Chain of Lakes

This is a nice camp ground. The utilities all work fine and the park is clean. The pool is nice and was clean. The park is old and showing some wear. It could use a face lift on its building and the park store smells very bad. My guess is the birds the owner keeps in the side room. The owner is a odd sometimes rude person and we had a run in with her that I still don't understand. We had a nice lot but instead of looking at the nice woods behind the CG we has a view of a 1980 Mobile Home that has seen its better days. The game room is a stretch and the petting zoo well let's just say my 4 year old granddaughter was not allowed in. Very dirty and the barn has beer and wine signs on it? This is a petting zoo for kids right? I would pass on the place of I could but it's a very good location. We meet some very nice people there and I will most Likely stay there again.
We stayed in a 40 ft MH and it was not a issue.
