Great Location
This state park is right in town across from east Traverse Bay. There's a walkway overpass that connects the park to the beach (avoiding the need to cross a very busy highway). At the back of the park is a connection to the TART bike trail that runs thru town. The park itself has clean restrooms/showers, and lots of pine tree shade, but other than that, sites are very small with zero privacy-- so not a place to go for a peaceful retreat. But if you're looking for a convenient, in-twin location, this is it!
