Love this place!
Camp here from April to November! Awsome place, great staff, clean, and welcoming! Will camp here for MANY years to come!
Great Family Campground
If you're looking for concrete pads and a heated pool, look elsewhere. If you love trees, beautiful lake views and lots of activities, come on in. This family friendly CG is convenient to the Detroit area and the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti communities, Easy to find, you'll find everything from tents to big rigs here and everything in between. Mike and his crew work tirelessly to keep the paint fresh and showers clean. A well equipped camp store is handy for ice, supplies and more. The location is convenient to fast food and grocery chains if needed. We came here for 2 weeks. We've been here 3 months. But book ahead. Holiday get busy and this CG sells out over major holidays.
Greenfield Village
Nice park with many shaded sites. This is a swan lake, which was patrolled by a large mute swan and his family. I don't fish but you could see some big ones jumping out of the water. We had a site right on the lake with a great view.
They were in the process of redoing the showers when we stayed.
The bad part are the roads are in poor shape.
Will not stay here again.
We had a serious malfunction with our motorhome (Jacks would not extend and the slide outs would not go out so we asked if we could leave early and get a refund, because it was extremely hard to function in motorhome. They would not give us a refund. I understand that they have policies and rules but we are honest people with some very bad luck. I would think there would have been some compassion for our situation. As for the campground it was large but sites were too close for my liking and more mud than grass. If you have pets you will need to walk them quite a distance.
