Sweet spot
There is just one in and out road, with sites on either side. The lower number sites sit on the river. There are dumpsters plus recycling, available flush and potable water, and dumping. Sites are good size and pleasant. You have to leave to get to any hiking trails.

Very nice!
My family and I used our new camper for the first time at the Pokegama Dam Campground this weekend. It is a very nice place. Good places to fish from shore with the kids. Walking trails along the river are neat. I didn't see sites that I wouldn't want to park in. Very well maintained. My only complaint is that it is close to the highway and railroad tracks but after a little while I learned tune it out. We plan on staying there again this summer.
