Traveler Tips
Traveler Reviews
Basic KOA, good stop overnight
This is a basic KOA park, no bells and whistles. A good, safe overnight stay in a clean and well maintained park.
The office staff was very nice and the office and store fun to visit. All travelers sites are pull through and very long we did not unhook our tow. The permanents are backed in around the perimeter, clean and tidy and not a problem. They don't take away from the travelers sites.
Utility hookups were very easy. We got lots of stations on our antenna. Never did get Wi-Fi to work, staff blamed the full park. No problem, we carry a Sprint "Hot Spot" with us.
Bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Obviously frequently cleaned.
There was an large attractive pool with enclosure, and a big picnic shelter nearby. Also a basic kids playground and a small mini-putt golf that was more like a putting green with obstacles.
They have one of the biggest dog runs I've seen. Very well made. No goofy KOA dog toys, just a big open space with a couple of tables. We just sat down wand watched our dog run and run.
This is a very nice, well maintained KOA without all the silliness that usually accompanies them.
