Dirty unkempt Park
Horrible is the nicest i can say. Right on highway so lots of loud traffic noise all day and all night. Over grown pet walk. Camp sites are trashy amd despite what they say about no fulltimers...well the proof is in the pudding. At least 10 sites are full timers. Dont let the pictures fool you. Roads have deep ruts you'll. Lose a tire. Sites are full of weeds and cigarette butts. Do NOT recommend for anyone with children.
Trailside RV Park
Stopped here to have an awning repaired in Trailside RV, related to the V park. A great place to stay over if you need repairs and need to spend a couple of days. Plenty of sight seeing withing 30 miles. The campground well treed and was fairly quiet in the evenings except for the occasional truck traffic on I 70. Office and laundry room were clean, all washers and dryers worked. The staff were great in answering our questions and giving us ideas where to go and what to see in the local area.
