Davis Bayou Campground
We spent an overnight stop over here on our way to Texas. This is a very nice National Park campground. All sites are paved and have water and electricity. There is a dump station. The bath house is new. It has good cell service and on air TV reception. The price is right at $22. Would stay here again.
Right in the bayou
Lovely national park. Visitor's center has excellent exhibits and short movie on the Gulf Islands National Seashore. A number of trails take you into the bayou.
Sites are all paved and pretty level. All back ins. Each site has water and electricity. Sites range from 30' to 60' in length. Lots of trees. First come, first served.
Bathrooms are acceptable but not exceptional. Can't beat the price; $16 but half that for those with a Golden Age pass.
