Very Happy Camper's

Our family has been coming to Hidden Springs for several years. We have always enjoyed our time spent there whether we stay in one of the cabins or our RV. Our five children range in age from four months, 8 years, 10 years, 11 years and 14 years and we all love it there. We let our kids have some freedom in the park and we are not worried bout them. Everyone looks out for the children and keeps their safety in mind. We enjoy riding our bicycles, swimming in the pools and creek. Fishing in the river and doing the activities. Our oldest son loves to help Mr. Lewis rake and burn leaves and Mr. Lewis is great with all the children. The cabins have a "rustic" appeal and are right on the Bogue Chitto river. They have always been clean and fresh. We have sat several mornings on the porch looking out over the water and just relaxing with our coffee & in the evenings cooking out. The bath house's are nice and cool and has never ending hot water. The road's going through the park are kept up, which means alot when your pulling a big camper trailer and the camp site's are always mowed and neat. Our most recent time there was during the July 4th holiday festivities. The fireworks show was amazing. The swimming pools are very clean and will sure cool you off with the artesian wells flowing straight into them and if they ain't cold enough you can always relax in the creek. Home made breakfast is cooked on holiday weekends in the kitchen and it's abosolutely wonderful. It's even better now than a couple years ago. I say it has a fresher taste, maybe it's the "love" thats put in them homemade biscuits and tomato gravy and the other foods that's prepared. My husband and I had to leave to go back to work, but our kids wanted to stay longer. Their grandmother was also camping there so they stayed ten more days with her. The managers, Sheila and Winston and Hidden Springs Staff are super nice and helpful. We like that the campground is family oriented and that the park and facilities are kept clean. We will continue to go to Hidden Spring's and we also know that when our children grow up they will be making memories with their children here.

Excellent Campground

We heard about Hidden Springs through some friends, so we called and rented a cabin there for a few days the week of the fourth. I got to tell ya, this campground is everything our family has been looking for. The managers are very nice and the campground is clean and family friendly and it is also on the Bogue Chitto River. Only complaint is, wish we would have known about Hidden Springs sooner, from now on this is where you will find us when camping.
See ya there, Road Ready Dale

Great Place to visit!

This resort is nestled along the Bogue Chitto River and is filled with nature and natural beauty! Hidden Springs Resort is a family oriented environment, and is well managed by Shelia and Winton McDaniels. Weekend activities are offered for every age group. We pulled our big rig in a week ago and had more assistance getting set up than anywhere we've ever been, including upscale luxury resorts. The hospitality here just can't be beat! This link perfectly describes the resort.

honest review

this campground is run by a company out of california every cent made is sent to them.the clubhouse burned to the ground and they sent money back for an two stall outhouse.the pool was severely damaged in the fire and a terrible attempt was made to repair it.the pot holes will swallow your camper tires so watch out for those.the enviroment is if you like to drink and party then this is the place for you.not really recommended for children as for one childs bike was run over during memorial day.one lady they all call (granny) made an attempt to help turn the place around and put money into the park and they saw best to send the money to california because they know better than a original deed member what to do with the proceeds so i say, enter at your own risk if you visit this park .
