My fourth or fifth time here.
Yes the owner may be on orthodox , but very acini dating. So overlook the cigarettes, enjoy a interesting conversation. Evan with phone problems , he accommodated us, he remembers his past patrons and Evan when things are not in his favor he helps if he can.
It's a safe place to spend the night or more. Overlook the gross way you are threaded, and have a great time.
The man is a great owner and host.
One that stopes here whenever the opportunity arrises .

Resort?
Don't take your rig here. Noisy, very cramped, and screaming cats. The registration office is like a smoky bar. Disgusting. I should have left, but I had made a reservation well in advance. Even with a reservation, the manager was at a loss of where to put me (??) He claimed that a group of workers had just arrived and took priority.. So he "stuck" me between two campers that looked like they had been there for years. Junky & unkempt. I won't go back. The nearby casinos have RV parks that I should have checked out.
Clean and Friendly
A good park, a little crowded; sites are long but skinny. Very nice owners, very clean and well maintained. Very short drive into town. We have stayed twice and recommend it. By Mississippi standards it's a 4 or 5 star.
