If you're looking for long term, go elsewhere
We wanted to move to MT and searched for a year to find a place where we could stay long term in our RV. I finally found Big Sky, and they seemed really super nice and welcoming. They assured us we could stay as long as we wanted, and we could receive mail and packages there, too. So we moved there Aug. 1st and paid for a full month.
4 days later, we were told we had to leave, and when I said we had many packages coming, they assured me that the packages would be returned so I could get a refund. Some of the packages did get sent back, but most did not, and I lost over $200 because of that. I told the owner before this happened that he'd be liable for the packages if they didn't get returned, and he agreed. But when I contacted him later,he refused to give me a refund. ALSO we only received a PARTIAL refund for the month of August. He ripped us off of over $100 there, too. We are on disability and really can't afford to get ripped off or to furnish other people with the things we needed for our RV.
They were so rude about this whole thing, too. And when I reported them to the BBB, the lied and said that they did give us a full refund AND sent back the packages. TOTAL ripoff, which really is a shame because we really loved MT and the people we met there on our short stay. I really felt like we finally found a home.. so if you're looking for a long term stay, even as short as a month, do NOT trust these guys.
