Traveler Reviews
Beautiful Views
Stayed 3 weeks. Sites aren?t too cramped, but they aren?t very level. Beautiful views of surrounding mountains. WiFi was okay, but there were a few days when it was hard to get a signal. A few miles from Bozeman. Lots of nearby biking trails. Would stay here again.
Recent Visit
This is a pretty good RV Park to stay at when you're visiting Bozeman. It's not close to town, about 5 miles outside of town so make sure you have a vehicle to explore Bozeman in. You will hear some train noise at night and some Interstate traffic.
The spaces are tight but they are full hookup pull-through. There is a very cool pool with a very large slide. The playground could be better but the bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained.
The WiFi here is lacking, it never worked very well but this is something we have came to expect from RV campgrounds. The cost to stay here is very competitive which helps us overlook some of the minor flaws.
Will we come back? Yes. Would we recommend it? Yes.
Bear Canyon Campground
Everything is very clean -- showers, laundry, pool, sites. Sites are narrow. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Toilets
We have stayed here three or four times and they have yet to fix the toilets that have handles that fall off and over flow without paper in them. When we have told the management about the problem they say" that happens a lot". Fix the problem already!
Bear Canyon Disappoints
Facilities were clean and staff friendly. WiFi sucked beyond description. Good signal strength but S-L-O-W and dropped connections w/o reason. Pool was open to "townies" whose kids were largely rude and poorly supervised. Train noise at night almost unbearable.
Very good RV park !
Very good maintenance, pleasant personnel, enjoyable stay.
NICE PARK WITH VIEW
This is a nice park with lots of shade trees. Great facilities, clean and modern. The sites could us more gravel and be leveled a bit more. Lots of grass and the pool was still open when we were here in October. We would stay here again. We stayed here in a fifth wheel.
