Loved this RV park
The restrooms were five star quality. Friendly staff, quiet, lots of trees and plenty of space for our RV.
Great place for visiting Glacier Nationals Park
We stayed here in July, 2014. We were in a 30 ft 5th wheel. Our campsite was a little tight but adequate and private. It is a delightful little town and a great place to stay to visit Glacier N P. The owner and staff were helpful and gracious. We were there over July 4th and the fireworks were spectacular. The showers were the best I have ever seen at a Campground. I highly recommend this park.
Just ok
The place is situated on the side of a mountain with lots of trees. In fact so many i could not get satellite tv even with a remote dish. The lady that owns the place is selling and the new owner seems more friendly and may be more accommodating. We stayed a week because we had prepaid and she has a strict no refund policy.
They list themselves as pet friendly but have "no pet" signs everywhere. They have a designated pet area which is a gravel road with tall bushes on both sides and no grass.
We had our mail send c/o the resort but they never picked it up we had to go to the post office ourselves.
Maybe it will be better under new management.
If you are going to visit glacier there are many other parks to choose from and many of them a lot closer to the park entrance
would stay again
We have stayed here several times. The female staff members were very friendly, a male staff member was borderline rude. We prefer to stay in parks with full hookups when staying more than a few days. Otherwise we would have staying inside Glacier Park. Wifi was not available unless you were at the office/laundry area. Drive to Glacier not bad (about 15 minutes).
There are better options in the area
Campground is a long 8 miles from the West entrance of Glacier. The girl in the store is super nice, but one of staff a younger man seems to take pleasure in yelling at people. There is a hill there that took 4 wheel drive low just to get up with the RV. If you don't have 4 wheel drive don't even consider staying here. I would stay elsewhere on my next visit in the area.
