Never again!
This park advertised pets allowed, but the male part of the management team has a definite thing against dogs over 10 pounds even if you meticulously clean up after them. The park doesn't provide bags or a place to dump the do-do near the narrow strip of well used grass in the midst of a sea of concrete. The park itself is in the state of disrepair and the out of state owner obviously won't put any money into this place. The street has been torn up in the park and only repaired with dusty gravel, many trees are dead, the managers spray obxious poison weed killers everywhere instead of pulling weeds. Great for humans and animals! On top of it they charge premium dollar and bill themselves as a "RV Resort", without even providing WIFI in the park. The manager does offer to let you tap into her personal WIFI account if you sit near the office. The managers do not keep accurate records of what they tell you like where to park and what slip to put your boat into, despite paying for the spaces more than 7 months in advance and they rudely tell you that YOU have made a mistake. We will not ever be back here...if you want to have a gestapo like experience stay here. We have never run into a more rude and arrogant person in charge of dealing with the public. The only thing this place has going for it is the location but all the rest does not make it worth it to us.
WEEDS & DEAD TREES
We have stayed at this RV Park for many years. We have had new managers the past 2 years and they are wonderful, responding to our every request. My main complaint is with the OWNER. As the person before stated we have also watched price continue to rise, each year, but never see any improvements made. As we have traveled almost all the RV Parks (certainly the ones claiming to be resorts) have included Wi-Fi in their fees. The manager did us give her personal Wi-Fi password so we can log on at the rec room. We find it very inconvenient to leave our fifth wheel each time we want to use the internet. As the previous reviews also stated the trees have been dying off over the years, far before the new managers were hired. Some of the dead trees have been here for at least 5 years, in our site I finally had the previous manager cut the dead tree down after two years, and the trees that are living need dead branches pruned out of them. There has never been a dead tree has been replaced, the sites are full of weeds and the only grass is in the very front of the park. So you may wonder why we continue to stay here. Location, location, location. The bathrooms and laundry room are kept very clean and we are right across the road from beautiful Flathead Lake. We will return due the cleanliness of bathrooms and laundry room and the location. THE OWNERS must start putting money into development of this park and not only the other one they own in AZ. I would have rated this park lower if it weren't for the managers and cleanliness of bathrooms and laundry room.
