Old and looking bad.
This place looks like a "Homeless Camp". Most sites are full time occupied by very old trailers (1960 to 1970) with extensive add-ons beside and attached to them. The place is really a "Trailer Park" from years past and very Florida Keys Conky. Reasonable maintained. Not a modern Motor Home in site (if you got in, you could not turn around).
Look else where, unless yo be a Conk?
