Should be called Sardine City Campground
Park was built in the 70's with only 4-5 spots for rigs over 35'. Had a tough time maneuvering our 34' fifth wheel once in the park. They're trying to utilize every inch of prime real estate they have so rigs are packed in like sardines. A lot of permanent run down rigs are in the park.
A bit over priced but they're able to charge what they want because of supply and demand in the area. Water, sewer and electric all good. No trees anywhere to be found for shade. We were parked on the west side of 17 and never were able to hook into their wifi. Had to go into their office/store and sit for a bit in order to get a good connection. Park is run by an elderly couple so I don't think Internet is a huge concern for that generation.
No laundry facilities. Didn't use their showers or bathrooms so can't comment on those. All office staff were very friendly.
Giving this campground 3 stars due to the fact they have private access to the beach which is a huge plus and worth the extra star. Was easy to enjoy our time at the park.
Hard to say if we'd stay there again due to the tightness of the spots. Would check out other parks before coming back to this one but I'm thinking they're all going to be tight due to the popularity of the area and location to the beaches.
