Good Basic RV Park

This is an old KOA that is well cared for by the owners of four years. This is a labor of love on their part and they really believe in making this the best they can. They even lead customers to their sites on bicycles.
You immediately notice that the park in clean and maintained...everything very neat. The sites are pull through and very long and wide. The roads were wide and easy even for a RV towing.
Utilities were easy to hook up. Our site had nice trees, but they did not interfere. Also a picnic table.
The park is tops in clean and the owner is rather particular about dogs. Dogs are not to be walked in camping areas or around the office. Not unreasonable when you see that the owners have mowed long dog walking paths in the back of the park. A good walk.
The bathrooms and showers are typical KOA but not bad, they are clean and comfortable, and they actually are cleaned every day. There is also a laundry.
This is a good, safe and secure RV park, well lit at night. There is some road noise because I94 literally runs along side the park. Jamestown RV Park was a good overnight stay for us.

Jamestown Campground

Almost all pull throughs. Shaded, level sites with grass in between. No side by side hookups. 50 amp big rig sites. Exit 256 off 94, then to south frontage road, then west 1 mile to campground. Frontage road is gravel. Good Sam Park-used to be KOA.
