Great Park!
This is a super nice place! Right off the hwy, but with little noise. Clean, well maintained, grass areas between sites, nice level, long pull-thrus, with FHU plus WiFi & Cable. A nice pass-thru to the Penny's Diner next door, and another Grill as well. Good location for other attractions too. Great campground.
Nice stop
Only did an overnight but had a good experience. Staff very friendly and competent. Level gravel pull through. Lots in the area.
Very nice
I totally agree with Linda and would definitely stay again. I found nothing to complain about. Water pressure was fine I even ran a load of laundry and then the dishwasher. Of course there's highway noise, but hardly noticed it in the motor home. Nice looking park with lots of shade trees if you want them. We chose not so we could put up our satellite dish. Plenty of space between RVs and we have 4 pops. Good WIFI. We were here in a 45' motor home.
Would Definitely Recommend
Stayed one night in route to another destination and it was just fine. Water pressure was good, spaces were level, close to several restaurants and very easy to get to. A bit of highway noise but expected that since it was close to the highway. Would definitely stay here again.
Would not recommend
Driving across country we stopped at this park. We realized there would be highway noise as its right off the exit. Quick overnight tho so no biggie. What made us mad is we were told one rate for the night and we were charged $5 more. They had already charged our credit card. We didn't feel like finding anything else so we stayed. Also, the water pressure was nearly non existent. The sites are very close together and the BUGS were terrible!! The park was full but as it was nearly 4th of July weekend that wasn't surprising. Would not recommend.
No water
We arrived and had to do self check in. No note stating there was no water at sites! After we were completely hooked, we realized this. Others who came after us also had no idea. A lot of traffic noise. Would not stay again.
Still doing OK
We have stayed at this park before, but it has been over two years, so we came back again. This year the park is pretty dry and a bit dusty, but access is good for big-rigs and space between sites is comfortable. While my sewer had no firm connection, the sewer cover held it down securely. All spaces are level. Electricity was at full voltage and water was fine and easily accessed. Our picnic table needed repairing or replacing. There is a nice pool that we didn’t use. Our site was toward the rear of the park, which made freeway noise almost unnoticeable (which I remember we did notice at our last stay.) There are restaurants within easy walking distance. We were happy with our stay and will stay here again.
Frustrating
Had to move sites after setting up because of a faulty breaker. Cable channels were extensive but snowy. Internet was very very poor, I gave up waiting for a page to load. Make sure you check everything is working at your site before you unhook/setup, even the cable.
