Nice spot to explore the area
Nice sized lot with FHU, and table. They just graveled (colored) all sites-not a big fan-would like to have some grass. Nice shade trees. Pool, community room with pool table. One side is permanent residents, one transients. Pretty quite. Cable TV and WiFi worked fine. Friendly staff.

Great Park
We have been here 3 days and really like the park. Gravel parking, water, electric, cable etc.
