Not too happy
We stayed here for three nights because of the proximity to Sea Isle City and our daughter. VERY crowded(which we expected this time of the year) but the sites are SO close together that you can hear your neighbor yawn. They did not enforce the stated quiet times and we were surrounded by loud parties until 3 AM on Friday night. No cable and sewer was above ground pipe that was difficult to hook into. Water was clear and fresh and nice and cold. Store was nice and people were friendly. Seems like this is a seasonal park with LOTS of permanent units. We'll try another campground next year.
