Nice place
Spots are really close together. A lot of long term parkers there. Place is kept really clean. Laundry facilities are clean.
Glorified parking lot
This park is a glorified parking lot. Site was level with grass and picnic table between each site. Sites are so close you can't put out your awning. Restrooms are clean with hot water. To use the pool, you must go to the other side of the complex and use the hotel pool. Maintenance staff friendly and helpful (we had an electrical issue) but the check-in staff was not. To get a physical receipt, you must go to the front desk to ckeck out. They also all a $50 hold to your credit card for incidentals (what incidentals will I have at this RV park??)

Nice Stopover
We were wanting to see Carson City for a couple of days and this park worked great. Sites are kind of close but are paved, level, and the park is clean. We also booked online so they gave us a total of 8 vouchers for breakfast at The Grill! We stayed in a 45ft motorhome.
Suprisingly Quiet
This was a surprisingly quiet place in a Casino parking lot. The facilities were clean and well kept. There was a nice bike path into downtown Carson City.
