Quiet and close

We are here for a week before the end of the season. It is pretty empty and quiet. We have a site by the river, but no sewer hookup.
My wife says the laundry was really poor. The dryers took four cycles to dry the towels, not overloaded. Took almost $20 in quarters to do our laundry.
I used my TT membership to get a discount for the stay. They did have some events, hay rides and s'mores over the weekend.
It's a big park with good sized sites.
It is an hour drive to Fort Ticonderoga and other historical sites. An hour to Albany south. Really a nice drive either way.

Close to St. George.

Easy to access for big rigs, easy check in, sites are ok in size, able to have a campfire, nice staff. Now the bad. Sites are loose gravel, uneven, and ground is soft. Shower houses are sporadic and insufficient with enough hot water, not real clean and the park is rather large yet and no one helps you to your site. It's easy to get confused by the signage. I think we will try another park before returning.

Arrogance. Avoid.

Worst experience, and I have stayed in hundreds of rv parks from florida to Alaska. Their staff lies, is arrogant, and unhelpful. They did not offer the wifi or laundry services we were promised prior to arriving. Terribly frustrating. They even directed us to the CLOSED laundry room without mentioning all their laundry rooms had been closed indefinitely. There are far better campground experiences.

Great resort

This RV resort is one of our favorites. Clean, lots to do, close to lake, but away from the crowds. Large sites.
