Not for big rigs
We arrived and had a back in site which we couldn't back in due to road was to narrow. After complaining, we were given a pull thru and we were charged for the upgrade. We were less than 100 yards from the office and wifi did not work, we have AT&T and there is NO signal. How this place got the President award is a wonder.
Will not stay here again or recommend this place for Big Rigs.
Wouldn't stay here again.
Stayed Father's Day weekend 2013 as we traveled across the country. We were told only a premium site was available when we called ahead to make reservations. A "premium" site was a narrow pull through site with roadway on both sides of us. When we pulled out our awning, it was into the roadway at the front of the motorhome so we ended up not using the awning. Restroom had a severe sewer odor the entire weekend even after office staff was advised. The "pond" is really a water runoff collection site with unusable equipment sitting at the edge. No phone reception or internet access even though we were among the closest sites to the office. To add insult, there was a premium charge for having 2 children with us. This is not a place I would stay at again. We travel for months at a time and have done so for years. This review is not because I am overly picky!
Clean your sites!
When we arrived the lady in the office told us to drive through a site in order to get to ours. The site had a table & cement block in the middle of the site. We had no cell phone reception to call someone for help. After moving those items ourself we found our site had beer cans in the fire ring, bottle caps on the ground and dog poop. This is unacceptable. I reported my problems to the office but never heard back.
