Old and run down!
Small family run park with mostly seasonal campers. Needs a LOT of TLC. Piles of old parts from lake blow ups, golf carts, pipe, fence, buildings all over camp area. Gravel pads some with old run down wood decks. Some have 50 amp and sewer, most 30 amp. Weeds and tall grass in need of mowing. Lake has lots of blow ups for playing. Fun for kids. Stay away from water slide! Old and steps full of loose nails.
