Nice location
I was considering buying from a friend that has a place down there until I met the owner. The impression I got is he runs the place with an iron fist, making you feel like a renter even though you bought the trailer and property. I go to the lake to get away from people like this. Not my thing!

Go ANYWHERE ELSE
Owner is extremely shady. Is a slumlord at all of his properties. He also owns the trailer park on Texanna Rd and his tenants live with mold, serious plumbing issues etc. He refuses to take care of his properties, does not come make repairs when you need them. Will just wait until you leave and they never get done. Won't refund your money when things don't work. Greedy and dirty.
