Now a must stop location!
A four day stop last year is a 30 day vacation spot this year and for good reason! This part is continually being quietly improved...new landscaping, sprinkler systems and great Wi-Fi. So many improvements over last year. Quiet but close to all the adventure you might want. Old Town Bandon and the nearby beaches will keep you as busy as you want to be.
The Park is kept clean and the bathrooms are individual, rather than barracks style. Each clean, lockable bathroom has a private shower, sink and commode...something not common in most Parks.
This is not a view park of the ocean or Redwoods, but it is a quiet, comfortable, safe, clean and pleasant park....for us last year, four days. This year for thirty days! The electricity is strong as is the water pressure and Wi-Fi. The honor system video and book library is wonderful....but it is the staff that ensures this is a special place.
You are welcome family when you check in, not just another customer pasted on a panorama of people passing through. Activities here and in town abound. Lord willing, this will be an annual stay for many years to come (can't wait to see what additions they make for next year!)
bandon by the sea rv park
Terrible parking lot style park. There was a little bit of grass in between the gravel, but mostly not much to look at. This was just a stop-over park. We were hoping to stop at one of the beautiful state parks in the area, but they were all full. None of the commercial RV parks in the Bandon area were anything to write home about - but the state parks! They looked beautiful. It was a Saturday night, so we had to take what we could get.
Bandon By The Sea RV Park
Large Pull thru sites with lots of room between sites. Flowers everywhere. Full hook up with cable and WIFI included. Friendly staff, free books, free library of DVDs and VHS Tapes and a large clubhouse.We were sent to Game Park and Misty Meadows and the local museum. Had a great stay.Will return next time we are on the Oregon Coast.
