Traveler Tips

It can be a bit difficult to find the entrance to this park -- it's down a side street and the town has narrow turns.

Debbie C:)

Nice clean campground. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Several long pull thru sites. I'm in a 42' class A, no problems maneuvering the park. Lots of tall mature evergreens, mountain views. Train track is close, but got use to the night time sound. Might not be good for light sleepers! We did not use washroom/ laundry facilities, so no comment on that. Dog park good for small dogs.
We came for three and stayed five nights. We would come back.

Chooo Chooo!!

Stayed here for three nights while exploring the Portland area. Close to the beautiful waterfalls , about an hour from downtown. Park is very quiet- except for the trains that run at night. These didn't bother me but I can understand how they might keep you awake. Older park but nice & comfortable. Lots of trees. Nice space between pads.

Trains Trains

The park is very beautiful many trees nice spots, Except for the trains they go by all day and night and they blow their horns just before the park and right after the park that makes the park undesirable it scares the heck out of you and the animals

Train, train go away

Stopped here because of the laundry facilities. Pool looked like geese had died in it. Trains ran every 20 minutes all night long. Not a peaceful place to stay. Not a KOA fan anymore.
