Bad Management
I'm 70 and I've never seen worse management in my life. They don't know or care about the law or the people who live there. They violate your rights, like confronting you out on the street, or they murder your grapevines or they give your personal property to the Neighbors. You complain about it and they don't do anything. My neighbors have stolen from me and harassed me and they don't do anything. It's just terrible.
Very Nice Mature Park
The temporary RV spaces are along the river and mostly shaded.
The park is quiet. The rest rooms are clean.
This is a permanent resident park; (permanent RV's and mobile homes).
There is no river access because the rapid river current makes it unsafe.
What a disappointment
This is the filthiest, unfriendlyist place in Eugene. The manager needs to make an attempt to actually clean the restrooms and showers. Disgusting!
small spaces
The overnight parking is nice but the spaces are small and monuvering in and out is very tight.
