Nice people. Walk to the pier, donut shop, and store. Great blackberries. The showers were not always warm.
Overly Generous!
I'm being generous giving Old Mill a one star rating. What a sad looking park/pasture. It all started with an attempt to make a reservation. The application and pictures looked very nice. I was told the staff at Old Mill would be contacting me. Well...guess what? No such phone call EVER arrived. So I checked with a competing park that also looked nice and found the weekend sites for my 36' motorhome were numerous...to my surprise. So we drove to Garibaldi without a reservation with hopes of finding a space on what was forecast to be a beautiful sunny weekend. Pulled into Old Mill and checked at the office at 4:30 pm. Door was locked and lights off. Drove the motorhome into the park dodging mud holes as we drove. This might have been a very nice park...at one time. We did not stay there. Ended up at Harborview for a most enjoyable weekend!
Not the way I'd run my business !
Parking is reasonable for the area - but office help not to be found. If you get a real person & a reservation be sure and get a site number, after 2PM your on your own
