Alder Creek is a beautifully maintained property near the water for residents age 55 and older. Public storage, boat storage and RV storage is on site. The community also has long term RV sites available for 3, 6 and 12 month leases. Alder Creek Village is a beautiful, well-designed park that preserves the beauty of the surrounding natural environment. The park is bordered by Alder Creek and many acres of wetlands and wildlife habitat. It covers a little more than 5 acres with 42 homes and 23 RV slots. Alder Creek is for those who desire an exceptional, quiet community, enclosed in nature, yet having easy access to a metropolitan area. A major grocery store and shopping centers are located nearby. There is also access to public transportation.

Beautiful, quiet RV spot!
I was super impressed by how serene and quiet it was but still really accessible to everywhere I wanted to go.
The site came with its own storage unit and was really nicely landscaped.
Everyone there was really nice, great sense of community, but still tons of privacy!
