Not that bad ... Lol
It is the only campground in the area with full hookups. We were passing through from NYC to Detroit and needed a place to crash for a few days. I wouldn't say it's run down, just a place in the middle of no where. Everything works. Would have given it 5 stars but it has no cable or free wifi. Other than that it has 50amp hookups along with water and sewage.

Run down with no activities.
Would be okay to stay one night if you had to stop on the way to some other destination. I would
not stay here again.
