Charlestown Breachway Campground
I stayed here twice in September. It's basically a gravel lot for self contained hard sided RV's. There's no hook ups, no water, no dump station, no fires allowed. Just some composting toilets and trash bins. It gets 5 stars for location and 1 star for facilities.
Sites are very close together and it may be difficult to open your awning. But, its right on the water with the Charlestown Beach and the Breachway just steps away. Can't beat the location. Generators are allowed.
Reservations are recommended. Campground in open up the end of October. Great spot to spending a weekend or few days at the beach.
