Overnnight
Stayed overnight here in a 43 ft. motorhome. Sites were lever with mostly paved interior roads with some sand. My site was level with sand and gravel for pad area. Not a bad place to stay and I would stay here again.
First time here
Agree with what has been said. Great one r two night stay.
Good One Nighter
We used this park as a one nighter on a cross country trip. I never personally met any of the office staff as I made the reservation the day of our stay over the phone and we arrived after office hours. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and left our welcome packet on the message board. The only problem we had was missing the entrance to the park, it was not well marked. Our campsite was a easy in/out, gravel, level pull thru with good hookups and good water pressure. There are no security gates into the park. We camped in a fifth wheel and would overnight there again.
Great Overnight Stop
We only spent one night here but it would have been fine spot to land for several. Our spot was level and really, really long! That was nice because we did not unhitch just for a one-night stay. Shore power was good. The park was easy to find from the Interstate, again, making it a good overnighter. Restrooms were clean and quite modern; tenants are given a code for the lock. There was more than the usual space between sites with some grass. Grounds were well maintained. Overnight spots appear to be towards the front of the park with long-term/permanent spaces towards the back. Staff were friendly and helpful, as were other campers we talked with. This actually The Barnyard RV Park and Flea Market and the market is at the front of the property on the highway. We stayed on a Monday, so the market was not in operation. Easy in and easy out with our almost 40' rig. Seems to be a popular overnight spot. There was a Piggly Wiggly within walking distances for groceries. Lots of folks walking dogs, all well-behaved. We heard what sounded like a parrot "talking" at a neighboring home property but, although vocal, we could not hear it inside our rig. We stayed here in our fifth wheel and would definitely return if in the area. Our rate reflects our AARP discount. They give discounts for AAA, AARP and Coachman members.
