Reservations
We made online reservations 05/09/2020 at their website. After a 3 1/2 hour drive we arrived around 12:30 with staff stating we didn't have reservations and park is full. Park "boss" (owner?) States we were to call office to confirm reservations. There was no information on website stating that we were to call for confirmation and we showed him a email received with confirmation dated 5/9/2020. The "boss" then began to blame website and internet. After an hour he offered us a place in the middle of the park with electricity only, no shade, water or sewer stating that if someone cancelled we could have that spot.. We have a Class C motorhome. We chose to go to another campground on Lake Brownwood. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR RECCOMENDING THIS CAMPGROUND.
