giant cheap park
we spent last winter here. monthly rate was $380 including elect.
sites are concrete with reasonable grass in between. picnic tables are freshly painted.
there are mostly long term people and plant workers here but the park management stays on top of thing and it's pretty quiet for the most part. the store is well stocked but expensive as most park stores. the bathrooms have bath tubs which is a rare find. laundry was clean and well maintained.
