Great Resort

The facilities are beautiful, the people friendly, and the schedule full of activities like volleyball, Petanque, shuffleboard, book club, card games, dances, etc.! Wholesome and healthy!!!!!!!

Sandpipers RV Resort - Clothing Optional

Sandpipers is a very nice featured RV resort for what I would call the 'over-40' crowd. Word of warning, their motto is 'Clothing Optional', and are considered a 'nudist resort'. The facilities are excellent, pool, tennis court, large lots, and they approve of extended stays, with an excellent 'winter in Texas' package.

Rates are around $50 a day, if you are a non AANR member, $45 a day if you are. They have propane weekly delivery to your site, too. Located in the Southern Tip of Texas, they are about 85 miles from Padre Island, and maybe 12-miles from Mexico's border...while about 40-miles from the Gulf itself. Lots to see, lots to do in the area.
