Nice RV 'Park'
I don't think it's a resort, just a park. Nice facility, well kept, very nice staff, helpful and friendly, you always get a wave from one of the guys who are out and about. Nice lake, few fish thou. Clean showers and large laundry room. They have a Friday and Sunday night meal, very good, Pam and the guys do a great job. Don't expect to eat until the "Queenbee" gets her meal first, you'll get it when you eat there, although I still don't. It's close to downtown San Antonio and close to any store you want. I would recommend this park and will stay again if in Texas.
Great park
Passing through and called this park for an overnight stay. They are very kind and got us into a nice pull through. The park is clean and well taken care of. The office staff was very cheerful and kind.
Awesome rv park, great facilities, great rate
Passport America honored for a wee or more. $164 per week for a great site.
Super clean laundry, staff very friendly, they even cook meals available all weekend.
Good Stop Along the Way
Pricey and the spaces are close together, but it is close to downtown attractions and shopping and dining. Clean and well maintained, pool, laundry, fishing and dog park. Escapees and Passport America accepted.
Awesome
Clean friendly safe! This has been a joy!
Nice place to stay
Staff extremely helpful. Park clean and very close to San Antonio. Also very quiet
Country Park in the City
Employees are very helpful in giving ideas of things to do in the area. We pulled in late at night and the night guard escorted us right to our site. Unfortunately it rained all day. Areas around the sites are flooded. Provide your propane tanks and they fill and bring them to your site. Passport America/Good Sam Park. Wish we could enjoy the outdoor activities but weather is keeping us in.
Extremely Nice RV Resort
I believe this is an extremely nice place to stay. My husband works out of town and he stayed here for several months. My children and I came to visit over the summer and on most weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There's a pool which was great for the children. I loved having the laundry facilities right where we were staying. It was even nice to be able to go to the restrooms and take a nice long shower in a regular sized shower. There is shopping close by and a restraunt right next door. I would and have recommended this resort to others going to that area. My husband just left for that part of the state again and is returning there for his stay.
Bad, Bad park
This park is far from a resort and is far from having a lake(its a small pond)with a chain-link fence all the way around it. We were brought to our site by an escort(thats what they call them) that have no idea what they are doing. They have alot of obsticals in this park(not big rig friendly). If you have an issue dont bother going to the manager he is very child like and yells and screams in your face. This park is noisy(train very close and blows whistle often) and dirty(cement company right along fence). Our view was of the highway and the cement company. There are a lot of people living here that think its ok to put indoor living room furniture outside their trailer. The best advice I can give fellow rv'ers is to stay far from this so called resort.
